Crowsons Distribution Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16709080, based in Peterborough, United Kingdom. We operate the website crowsonsglobal.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Currently this happens in one place: our contact form.

• Enquiry details: first name, last name, company name, email address and the message you submit through our contact form.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically logs standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes, as is standard for any website.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers on this website. Our page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving that file. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your enquiry or trade partnership application;
• assess and manage a business relationship with you, if one proceeds; and
• keep records of business correspondence as required for our own accounting and legal purposes.

We process your enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest: responding to enquiries you have voluntarily sent us, and, where a business relationship proceeds, taking steps toward and performing a contract with you.

We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and our business, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Netlify, Inc.: hosts our website and processes contact form submissions.
• Google (Google Workspace): hosts our business email.

We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of any follow-up. If a trade relationship is established, we retain relevant business records for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards as required by UK tax and accounting law.

• ask us what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
• object to or restrict how we use your data; and
